Malawi

Malawi, is known as the Warm Heart of Africa which is evident by the friendly, humble people that abound in this smaller, yet most varied countries of Africa. The sights are numerous: from the ever-changing vegetation that clings to the hem of soaring mountains, to the tranquillity of the lake shore and the vista in between.

This landlocked country in south-eastern Africa is defined by its topography of highlands, split by the Great Rift Valley and the enormous Lake Malawi. The lake’s southern end falls within Lake Malawi National Park which shelters diverse wildlife from colourful fish to baboons. Its clear waters are popular for diving and boating. Cape Mclear Peninsular and Nature Reserve is well known for its beach resorts.
