Q: Are you able to assist me in the planning of my itinerary?

A: Our staff are highly experienced and knowledgeable with over 40 years of combined travel expertise. By coming into our office we are better able to provide you with all the information required to commence planning your day by day itinerary.

Q: Is it better to book “online”?

A: Booking your holiday online can be fraught with danger. By booking directly with us we manage all of the various components of your trip, ensuring a seamless and cost effective itinerary. Should any changes occur before or during your travel we are here to manage these for you.

Q: I wish to plan a multi-destination holiday; can you book all of my travel arrangements?

A: Yes, we can. It is absolutely essential to keep all of your travel arrangements together as one final itinerary which will include all components of your trip. This ensures all travel departure and arrival times, pick-up and drop-off details etc. are available immediately to you. Should a flight be delayed or there is a minor hiccup during your trip, we are able to manage the domino effect for you. Our friendly travel consultants take the worry out of travel planning.
