Itinerary 
Day 1, 2 & 3: Ol Donyo, Chyulu Hills

Depart Nairobi via scheduled flight to Ol Donyo. On arrival check in for 3 night’s accommodation including all meals, drinks, laundry and activities. This whole area is reserve for Ol Donyo guests only – no other tourists or safari vehicles! Enjoy a multitude of activities including game drives, trekking, mountain biking, horseback and walking safaris.

Day 4, 5 & 6: Mara Plains Camp, Maasai Mara

Depart Ol Donyo and fly to Mara Plains for 3 night’s accommodation, including all meals, drinks, laundry and activities. This is predator country and the annual wildebeest and zebra migration passes literally in front of your tent, offering you the chance to witness one of the miracles of nature first-hand from the comfort of your verandah.

Day 7: Nairobi

Flight back to Nairobi.

Cheetah Safari

This safari combines game viewing in the Amboseli National Park at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro with big game viewing in the world famous Maasai Mara.

Taking in some of the prime game viewing areas in Kenya, this is the ideal safari if you only have limited time available to you but would still like to experience a true African Safari. You will be astounded at the sheer size of Mt Kilimanjaro. Amboseli will thrill you with its stark beauty and huge elephant herds. See some rare rhino and flocks of flamingos at Lake Nakuru and marvel at the vast herds of wildebeest roaming the plains of the Maasai Mara.

Itinerary 
Day 1: Nairobi

Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to Nairobi Safari Club for overnight.

Day 2: Amboseli National Park

After breakfast you will be met by your guide and depart Nairobi by road for Amboseli National Park. Enjoy a picnic lunch en-route before arriving in time to have a game drive in the park before returning to the Amboseli Sopa Lodge.
Overnight: Amboseli Sopa Lodge, 2 nights

Day 3: Amboseli National Park

We will depart at first light on our early morning game drive to spot some of the nocturnal predators before they settle in for the day. Magnificent views of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro greet visitors from anywhere in this park. The park takes its name from a Maasai word meaning “salty dust”.
Amboseli is home to some of the biggest herds of elephant found anywhere in Africa and on some mornings, over 600 have been counted, as they graze in the swamps. Early morning and afternoon game drives offer the chance to track lion, cheetah, wildebeest and the rare black rhino.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru National Park

We depart after breakfast and drive via Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park. A Picnic lunch will be provided along the way. We will arrive at the park in the mid afternoon and game drive all the way to our lodge. Lake Nakuru National Park lies in Central Kenya, 140km north-west of Nairobi, in the Nakuru district of the Rift Valley Province. The ecosystem comprises of the lake, surrounded by mainly wooded and bushy grasslands. The park supports a wide ecological diversity with Flamingos (Greater and Lesser) and other water birds being the major attractions of the area. The ecosystem provides for about 56 different species of mammals including white rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard and giraffe. Nakuru is also home to around 450 bird species.

Day 5: Maasai Mara Game Reserve

We will have a hearty breakfast before setting off for the Maasai Mara. Check into the lodge and freshen up before going on an afternoon game drive in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve.
Overnight: Maasai Mara Sopa Lodge, 2 nights

Day 6: Maasai Mara Game Reserve

We will spend the day in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve on morning and afternoon game drives.
The Mara is home to some 95 species of mammals, amphibians and reptiles and over 400 bird species. Nowhere in Africa is wildlife more abundant, it is for this reason that visitors seldom miss seeing the big five. Other game includes hippo, cheetah, Grant’s gazelle, impala, topi, Coke’s hartebeest, giraffe, Roan antelope and wildebeest.

Day 7: Nairobi

After Breakfast we will check out of the lodge and begin our journey back to Nairobi. You will be taken to the airport for your onward connections.
While you are in East Africa, why not spend a few days on a beach in Zanazibar.

Day 5: Samburu Game Reserve

Morning and afternoon game drives in camp’s shared vehicle. Enjoy a nature walk in the Camp grounds. All meals and overnight at Samburu Intrepids Tented Camp.

Day 6: Masai Mara

Scheduled flight to the Masai Mara Game Reserve. Lunch and afternoon game drive in camp’s shared vehicle. Dinner and overnight at Mara Intrepids Tented Camp.

Day 7 & 8: Masai Mara

Morning and afternoon game drives in camp’s shared vehicle and another chance to enjoy a nature walk. All meals and overnight at Mara Intrepids Tented Camp.

Day 9: Nairobi

Breakfast and fly back to Nairobi on scheduled flight. Met and transfer to your hotel. Lunch is included and then afternoon at your leisure. In the evening, we will pick you up for a farewell dinner at The Carnivore Restaurant. A farewell gift to remember your African experience will be given.
