The Magic of Poland tour is an introductory tour of the historically rich state of Poland. In 7 days we cover the main and major attractions of Poland lying between Warsaw and Krakow. Our visits include various sites in an and around the capital city of Warsaw, the hill resort of Zakopane and Wawel. At Krakow we also visit Auschwitz, Krakow city tour and the Wieliczka Salt Mines.

Day 1: Arrive Warsaw
Arrive in Warsaw with an optional transfer to your hotel. In the evening, meet your fellow tour members for a drive along the Royal Route, a short walk through the Old Town and dinner at a local restaurant including typical Polish dishes and famous Polish vodka ‘Zubrowka’.

Day 2: Warsaw
A half-day sightseeing tour includes highlights such as the Old Town, beautifully rebuilt after WWII, the impressive Royal Castle, seat of Polish kings, and the former Warsaw Ghetto. In the late afternoon, enjoy a Chopin concert, performed by a pianist in a two-part recital.
Day 3: Warsaw – Czestochowa – Zakopane
Your journey continues south to Zakopane. En-route, you will visit Yasna Gora Monastery in Czestochowa, home to the famous Black Madonna. On arrival, check-in at your hotel and start your discovery of Zakopane, nestled at the foot of the Tatra Mountains, a popular winter and summer resort.

Day 4: Zakopane – Krakow
Enjoy a sightseeing tour of this picturesque town, renowned for its many beautiful wooden churches and chapels, and take a cable car up Gubalowka Mountain for spectacular views of the High Tatra Mountains. En-route to Krakow, enjoy a leisurely boat trip along the scenic Dunajec River.

Day 5: Krakow – Auschwitz – Krakow
Krakow, the ancient capital of Poland, is a royal city located on the Vistula River. Visit the Royal Castle and Cathedral on Wawel Hill and the Old Town with its Market Square. In the afternoon, drive to Auschwitz to visit the Martyrdom Museum of the former Nazi concentration camp, the infamous factory of death.
Day 6: Krakow – Wieliczka – Krakow
The morning is at leisure. This afternoon drive to the Wieliczka Salt Mine, an unforgettable tourist attraction with underground chambers, grottoes, and chapels carved from salt. Dinner with a folklore show will be served at a local restaurant in Wieliczka before returning to Krakow.
Day 7:: Depart Krakow
Your Magic of Poland tour concludes after breakfast with an optional departure transfer.
