Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu

You will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel.

Day 2: Kathmandu

Enjoy a full day of sightseeing exploring the shrines, temples and ageless sculptures of Kathmandu and Patan.

Day 3: Kathmandu

Visit Budhanilkantha, with its colossal 5th century statue of Lord Vishnu. The remainder of the day is at leisure to explore Kathmandu.

Day 4: Kathmandu - Nagarkot

Visit the famous stupa of Boudhanath, Pashupatinath Temple and Bhaktapur city, a treasure of medieval arts and architecture. Continue to Nagarkot with its breathtaking mountain scenery.

Day 5: Nagarkot - Kathmandu

View the sunrise over the Himalaya before returning to Kathmandu. The remainder of the day is at your leisure.

Day 6: Depart Kathmandu

Transfer to the airport for your departure flight.

Dive into Nepal’s eclectic culture and astounding natural beauty on this 12 day discovery of Nepal. Explore the ancient city of Kathmandu with its ancient temples, shrines, Buddhist stupas and sculptures. In the Kathmandu valley, admire masterpieces of Newar architecture, explore an elegant hillside temple overrun with monkeys and stand under the towering Boudhanath Stupa. Venturing out of the city, hike the Annapurna mountains, search for rhinos and tigers on an elephant-back safari in Chitwan and visit the beautiful lakeside city of Pokhara.

Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu - Namche

On arrival transfer to your hotel.

Day 2: Kathmandu

Today visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square and take a heritage walk through its medieval alleys. Visit Bouddhanath Stupa and experience an interaction with Lama who will offer a blessing. Drive to Pashupatinath Temple and attend the evening Aarti Ceremony, the lighting of lamps in devotion.

Day 3: Chitwan National Park

Chitwan is one of the best wildlife viewing parks in Asia and you’ll have an excellent chance of spotting one-horned rhinos, monkeys and up to 544 species of birds.

Day 4: Chitwan National Park

Today is yours to discover the national park with a full day of activities available.

Day 5: Bandipur

Bandipur is a beautifully preserved village above the main road to Kathmandu.

Day 6: Pokhara

Travel by road to the lakeside town of Pokhara. This afternoon visit the Old Bazaar and Kali Temple followed by an evening boat ride on Phewa Lake.

Day 7: Pokhara

Visit Ki Singh Bridge and nearby Devi Falls before moving on to a Tibetan refugee village to discover the community’s thriving textile and carpet industry.

Day 8: Annapurna Hike

Travel from Pokhara into the hills where you’ll hike from Bhurungi Khola to Tikhedhunga, which should take around five hours. Spend the night in a guesthouse.

Day 9: Annapurna Hike

Take in stunning Himalayan views, experience high passes and hike through tiny hamlets from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani, a hike of around six hours.

Day 10: Annapurna Hike - Pokhara

Watch the sunrise over the Annapurna Range. After a five hour hike from Ghorepani to Tadapani transfer back to Pokhara where you can enjoy a well deserved drink and a meal in a boutique restaurant.

Day 11: Kathmandu

Fly to Kathmandu. Tour Kathmandu city and and see the Swayambhunath Stupa.

Day 12: Depart

This morning is the best day to take the 8am Everest Mountain flight. You can book this at the time of booking. At 11am, check out of your hotel and transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
